Global South Young Change-makers Workshop
As part of our ongoing commitment to train young changemakers and make vital resources freely accessible to those in need, AFDC Global is hosting an exclusive workshop on May 2nd. Fifty selected early-career development professionals will receive expert guidance and practical tools from leading international practitioners, empowering them to drive sustainable impact across the Global South.


Public Agriculture Scheme Assessment
AFDC Global, in collaboration with the European Commission and Fairtrade, is spearheading a comprehensive assessment to evaluate the real-world impact of Public Agriculture Schemes. This project focuses on understanding how Farmer Producer Groups and Young Agro-Entrepreneurs are navigating and benefiting from these programs.


AI, Youth and Education Evaluation Project in Africa
AFDC spearheaded a landmark multi-country evaluation on AI, Youth, and Education commissioned by GCE South Africa and GIZ Germany. Spanning 27 countries across the Global South—with a primary focus on Africa—the project coordinated 40 GCE Alliance partners and conducted primary research with over 200 youth and 100 educators to analyse the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on education systems.

Women Workforce Development Evaluation | NOMI Network, USA
Multi-Country PSEAH Assessment | India & Myanmar
Led a multi-country Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) assessment for JQAN, Japan, conducting a comprehensive MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) review across India and Myanmar. The assessment generated evidence-based insights to strengthen safeguarding systems, inform regional advocacy, and influence policy development aligned with SDG 5.3 on eliminating harmful practices and gender-based violence.
Conducted a comprehensive program evaluation in tribal regions of Asia — among the country's most economically marginalised communities — assessing a women's entrepreneurship initiative for NOMI Network, USA. Deliverables included finalizing the evaluation, program process documentation and designing a scalable framework to advance women's economic empowerment in underserved contexts.
South and East Asia Tobacco Control Evaluation
Led a regional mixed-methods evaluation across South and East Asia to analyze tobacco consumption patterns among rural women. This data-driven initiative was designed with a project from Global Action to End Smoking, USA to catalyse gender-sensitive policy reforms in alignment with SDG 3.3


Completed a cross-continental evaluation of child protection systems across five conflict-affected regions, including the Palestinian Territories, Lebanon, Myanmar, DRC, and PNG. Managed for ICMC with support from USAID and UNICEF, the project focused on evaluating the resilience and effectiveness of frameworks designed to protect vulnerable children in crisis settings.










Designed and led a mixed-methods evaluation of a rights-based programme targeting women beedi rollers in India's informal economy. The evaluation generated actionable evidence to advocate for improved working conditions, fair wages, and sustainable livelihoods — directly contributing to SDG 8 commitments on decent work and economic empowerment for marginalized women workers.
Sustainable Livelihoods Baseline Survey | Myanmar & Vietnam I GIZ & World Vision


Led the design and implementation of a Sustainable Livelihoods Baseline Survey for GTZ (now GIZ)/BMZ and World Vision across Myanmar and Vietnam. The assignment established robust MEAL frameworks and indicators to enable long-term impact tracking, evidence-based programming, and strategic decision-making for sustainable livelihoods interventions.

Conducted an evidence-based survey and organizational capacity assessment to strengthen public health systems and inform policy formulation on youth tobacco use in the Maldives — contributing to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being (In the Picture AFDC team meeting Maldives Executive Vice President)
